What Oxus Technologies does
Oxus Technologies Limited is a software company based in Dublin, Ireland. Our main business is helping organisations streamline their processes and automate their admin work: finding the slow, repetitive, manual parts of running a business and making them happen automatically.
In practice that means three things, and most engagements involve more than one of them:
- Business process automation: removing the repetitive admin work itself.
- Systems integration: connecting tools you already own so nobody enters the same data twice.
- Custom software: building client portals, operational databases and platforms where nothing off the shelf fits, and migrating paper-heavy offices to secure cloud systems.
Why we start with an audit
Most failed software projects fail at the beginning, not at the end. They are built to a specification that describes what somebody believed was happening rather than what was actually happening, and the gap does not become visible until the thing is delivered.
So Oxus does not quote before seeing the work. The operational audit is free, takes under an hour and a half, and involves following one real job through your business from start to finish while counting every point where a person moves information by hand. It ends with a written summary.
Sometimes that summary says a process is not worth automating yet. That is a legitimate and reasonably common outcome, and we would rather reach it in an hour than after a project.
How we charge
Oxus works to fixed project fees, agreed before work starts, based on a blueprint you have already read. We do not bill day rates.
This is a deliberate structural choice. Day rates give a supplier a financial interest in a project taking longer than it should. A fixed fee, quoted from a specification both sides have agreed, puts the risk of a bad estimate on us, which is where it belongs. The published engagement blueprint is the same for every client: free audit, then a fixed-fee solution blueprint, then a fixed-price build, then an optional retainer.
Software we build and run ourselves
Oxus is not only a consultancy. We build and operate five of our own platforms, three of them live and in daily use:
- FleetMain: vehicle and driver compliance for Irish fleets. Live.
- Reckon: the back office for multi-shop hospitality and retail groups. Live.
- DepotIQ: delivery depot management for multi-depot parcel operators. Live.
- Invoicer: invoicing for small businesses and freelancers. In development.
- Beamwise: property compliance and renewal tracking for landlords. In development.
This matters when you are deciding whether to trust an estimate. Operating production software means carrying its incidents, its maintenance and its month-end surprises ourselves. It is the difference between knowing what software costs to build and knowing what it costs to keep running.
Who we work with
Oxus works with businesses across Ireland, principally SMEs, and we are not limited to any particular industry. We have shipped software for delivery depots, hospitality and retail groups, transport and fleets and property and lettings. We work regularly with creative studios, schools and education providers, phone shops, medical clinics, construction firms and wholesalers.
That list is a set of examples, not a set of requirements, and a good share of our work sits outside it entirely. The common thread is not the industry. It is a business that has outgrown the systems holding it together, usually one reasonable decision at a time. See all industries.
Who runs on our software
Businesses already using software Oxus built include Courio, a logistics and courier operator, and Nolan Coaches in passenger transport. Oxus also works with operators running DPD depots in parcel delivery, and with Camile franchise outlets in hospitality and retail.
To be precise about the last two, because it matters: those relationships are with the businesses operating under those brands, not with DPD or Camile at group level.

Frequently asked questions
What is Oxus Technologies?
Oxus Technologies Limited is a software company based in Dublin, Ireland. It helps Irish businesses streamline their processes and automate their administrative work, through business process automation, systems integration and custom software development. It is registered in Ireland under company number 818468.
Where is Oxus based?
Oxus Technologies is based on Greenhills Road, Walkinstown, Dublin 12, D12 DX80, Ireland, and works with businesses across Ireland.
What makes Oxus different from a general web or software agency?
Two things. First, every engagement starts with a free operational audit of how the business actually runs, rather than with a discussion of what to build. Second, Oxus builds and operates its own production software, so we carry the cost of our own maintenance and know what running a system actually involves.
What industries does Oxus work in?
Any of them. Oxus has shipped software for delivery depots, hospitality and retail groups, transport fleets and property, and works regularly with creative studios, schools, phone shops, medical clinics, construction firms and wholesalers. None of that is a restriction: the underlying problem, people moving information by hand and dates nobody is watching, is the same in every sector. See industries.
