Who we are
This website is run by Oxus Technologies Limited, company number 818468, Greenhills Road, Walkinstown, Dublin 12, D12 DX80, Ireland. For anything to do with your personal data, email info@oxus.ie.
When you send us a form
The audit request form and the admin cost calculator send us what you type in: your name, email, and anything else you choose to add, such as your phone number, business name and answers. We use it to reply to you and to arrange the audit you asked for, and we keep it for as long as we are talking or working together.
The forms are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, which passes the message on and does not use it for anything else.
Testimonials
If you write us a testimonial, it is stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) and only appears on the site after we approve it. Ask us and we will remove it.
Cookies and Meta
By default this site sets no tracking cookies. We ask first. If you click Accept on the cookie banner, we load the Meta Pixel, which sets Meta's cookies (_fbp, and _fbc if you arrived from one of our Facebook or Instagram ads) and tells Meta which pages you viewed.
If you then send us a form, we also tell Meta that a request was made, so we can see which of our ads bring in enquiries. To match it to our ads, Meta receives your email, phone and name in scrambled (hashed) form, both from your browser and from our server. We use this only to measure and improve our ads.
If you click No thanks, none of that happens and the site works exactly the same. Either way, your choice is remembered in your browser. You can change it at any time with Cookie settings, which is also in the footer of every page.
The website itself
The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the service. Our fonts are served from our own site, so loading a page does not contact any font service.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@oxus.ie and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission.
