The problem FleetMain solves
Fleet compliance is not difficult. It is simply relentless. Every vehicle carries motor tax, an NCT or CVRT test and insurance, each with its own date. Every driver carries a licence and, for commercial driving, a CPC card, each with its own date. A fleet of twenty vehicles and twenty-five drivers is tracking well over a hundred expiry dates that nobody is paid full-time to watch.
So it gets tracked in a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet works, right up until the week somebody is on leave, or a vehicle is reassigned and the row is not updated, or the renewal reminder arrives at an inbox nobody is monitoring. The failure is never dramatic. A date simply passes.
