How long does an automation project take?
It depends on the scope, and the blueprint stage gives you a timeline before you commit. Connecting two existing systems so they stop needing double entry is a much shorter piece of work than building a platform from scratch. We would rather tell you an accurate date at blueprint stage than an optimistic one now.
Will we have to replace the software we already use?
Usually not, and we will not suggest it unless there is a real reason. Connecting the tools you already own is normally cheaper, faster and less disruptive than replacing them, and your team already knows how to use them.
